We are not really a big operation. My dad and I are the main partners. He picks the leaves and washes them, while I sort and send them out. My mum and children help out whenever they can. My husband acts as technical adviser and helps when he can.
Apart from providing a service to the many hobbyist friends we have made, one of the main reasons we are sustaining this store is to provide my retired parents with a source of income while keeping them healthy. I am working on the leaves almost 6 days a week, in whatever free time I have when I am not teaching my children or cooking etc.
I do not login on Sunday (its the Lord's Day), but otherwise you can expect a reply from me within 24 hrs of your purchase. I usually try to ship the same day or at the latest the next business day.

PS. I am temporary out of stock for all A+ (Flat-Dried) leaves. Do consider alternatives from my store. I will put these back as soon as possible.
PPS. You will notice that I had received a negative feedback from a very unhappy customer whose bettas died after she overdosed them with the bark strips she bought from me. Poor fishes. And I feel sorry for her, for she loved them. But bark is very potent. Putting 1 strip (about 2 grams) per gallon will almost certainly kill your fish. Do be careful with these. You can't really overdose with leaves, but with bark it is very possible.
In addition to that we have recently also suffered a deliberate sabotage attempt on our store by someone posing as some fish-keeping expert. Sigh. This is the third time this has happened. I am glad that eBay Trust & Safety was able to sort something out after literally hours spent on the phone. Sad that there are people like that making eBay unpleasant. I am expecting more negatives or low DSR from the same person using different accounts. I hope eBay can sort them out although the sabboteur is getting smarter with each failure.
