This was a listing for two couch pillows. She messaged me asking if a quilt was included. I replied "No, of course not". I did not mean anything rude by this response. I apologized to her when she somehow took it as rude but she still left me a neutral feedback which was her plan as soon as she made the purchase. I told her if she was going to leave me bad feedback from the get go she should not have purchased this from me .Her comment was that no one else had it listed.
