Layaway Purchase Plan  (120 Days / 0% Interest )

Our layaway plan is designed to allow our customers to make payments flexible enough to allow them to purchase items over a period of up to four months with NO interest charged during the 120 day period.

Please read carefully the specific details listed below.

Our Layaway program is available on any order over $1000.00 total purchase price. This can be for one item or many to reach the $1000.00 level.

A non-refundable down payment of 25% of the total purchase price is required at the time of the initial order.

Payments can be adjusted depending on your specific needs and requirements, but all payments must be completed within 120 days.  This can be extended an additional 10 days, but only under special circumstances.

The item will not be shipped until the completion of all payments.

If, at anytime or for any reason within the 120 days, you decide to cancel the order,

we will refund all payments minus the original 25% down payment.

 If, for any reason, payment is not received by the monthly due date, a late fee of 5% of the amount due will be added to your account.

If there is no response or if complete payment is not made with 10 days after the final due date ( 130 days past the original auction sale date), we will cancel the sale and all previous payments will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to make sure that funds are available to make all payments by the due date.  There will be no returns or cancellations for layaway items if any payments have been late.
