There was a part that was broken when it was shipped. I contacted the company and they immediately got back to me and had me fill out a form. I sent it off and that company contacted me in less than 24 hours and shipped out the part. We got the part and it fit perfectly and now it works wonderfully. This is an awesome harp, it is holding tune as well as any guitar with new strings that I have ever had. The chelby levers work like they are supposed to as well.
