| SHIPPING
I ship within 48 hours of receiving payment from you. Usually, most items will ship the following day, unless volume is great. I ship USPS, and very large items will ship UPS. There is no handling charge with the exception of very fragile items that require a lot of packing material. I charge you only the amount the shipping actually costs, and if you are charged too much, more than $1.00 over the actual cost by mistake, I refund your extra payment. If you are not giving me a 5 score for shipping time and cost, please contact me first so I can show you that your package went out right away and you were not overcharged.
RETURNS
I will always accept a return if I was wrong in describing the item you purchased. In this case, I will refund 100% of your purchase price and shipping cost to and from me. Holiday items, lingerie, perishable items, cosmetics and skin care may not be returned unless a mistake was made. Returns for any other reason may be made, but the shipping and insurance charges to and from me will not be refunded, no exceptions. Please contact me first, so I may issue an authorization number for your return if one becomes necessary. I will do everything that I can reasonably do to make your purchase perfect for you.

Hi, Let me introduce myself. My name is Susan, and I am delighted to meet you. A lady is not supposed to tell her age, but I am 50 years old. I have two wonderful children, dreaded teenagers, and the best husband ever. I live in the country, almost in the Everglades, in South Florida.
