I ordered this as a kit and when it arrived, it was missing a part that’s vital to the product. When messaged, I got a very rude response and offered a refund for the part but did not have the part and there are none available. He said he offered a “ refund” for $20 and I would just have to deal with it. I asked to send whole product back and he refused. The message thread is being reported. Reporting to eBay. He is definitely not an honest vendor.

I apologized, and sent a refund, not sure what more I could have done. I do wish there was a filter on here for miserable and unhappy people!
