Andys Movie House wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

All returns should be sent back either USPS Media Mail for domestic and 1st Class International for international customers.

ALL Returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION # which can be requested via email.

If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item, once the wrong item has been returned per our policy and we will credit you for the return shipping cost. The item must be UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition.

Returns of items for refund that are not damaged, or defective will be accepted only if they are returned UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer to pay return shipping cost. Seller not responsible for shipping damage if not insured.

If item is defective then just notify us within 5 business days after receipt to get a return authorization number and then promptly return it to us. If your item is returned to us by USPS (or other shipping service) due to an incorrect or insufficient address, lack of forwarding address or any other such reason, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling charges (including any return postage charged to us by USPS or other carrier) and a restocking charge of up to 15%.
