Our Shipping Policy:
*Shipping Time: Our products typically ship within 10 business hours after payment has cleared. This excludes holidays and weekends. We ship all orders in less than 48 hours of your payment clearing to the United States and Internationally. We also ship to APO, FPO and other military addresses. Shipping includes postage, tracking (within United States), handling and our guarantee of quality.
Combined Shipping: If you are the successful bidder on more than one item there is no need to request a combined shipping invoice. Our secure checkout system should automatically calculate any shipping discounts and e-mail you instructions shortly after your purchase. Please see the chart below to manually determine the shipping cost for your order. If for some reason you do not believe you received the proper discount please contact us before you pay for your items. In order to receive the combined shipping discount all of your items must be paid for at the same time. Once checkout has been completed, additional items cannot be added.
Please Note:
- Packages over 13 oz. are sent Media Mail unless you chose Priority Mail during checkout.
- The largest item (highest shipping cost) is always counted first in your order, so please note the additional item cost below.
- For domestic orders Standard/Media Mail takes 7 to 14 days.
- For domestic orders Express - Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days.
- For International orders Standard - 1st class International takes 14 to 21 days.
- For International orders Express - Priority Mail takes 6 to 10 days.
- You will get e-mails as your order go through our system. If you are not getting them, please check you junk/spam folder.
- Orders with an Alabama shipping address will be charged a sales tax of 8.5%.
