Q. Do you email designs?
A. From
auction or buy it now listings, I can supply designs on
CD or floppy disk, including a Designer 1-ready disk to
be shipped through the mail. Due to ebay policy
which changed in March 2008, designs for email
delivery must be purchased from
Classified Ads only.
Click the link to the left, or from any of my listing
pages, click the red door and the Classified ad icon is
in the bottom row of my storefront.
Please review the 3 points
below:
1. Some sets have more than 50 designs and some
files are quite large, therefore emailed design sets
must be sent in a zipped file. Please be sure you
are able to accommodate zipped files before you
request emailed designs.
2. Due to the illegal sale of pirated
embroidery designs online, I cooperate fully with
organizations who are working hard to keep the
embroidery industry honest and legal.
3. You will first receive a copyright statement email, which requires an
email response from you, and the designs will
be emailed within 24 hours of your
response.
***Designs are available in various formats to
accommodate different brands of embroidery machines
and software. See the table below. You must
let me know what format you need. Shipping is
delayed until you specify your format.

Q. What methods of payment do you
accept?
A. PayPal and credit cards through
PayPal are accepted. Please be sure you have a confirmed
address. If you do not have a confirmed address, please
use electronic check or bank transfer through PayPal rather than a
credit card. This PayPal policy is for your protection
from credit card fraud.
Q. Is it ok to share designs with my
friend who has an embroidery machine too?
A.
Embroidery designs are protected under US copyright law,
therefore it is illegal to share, copy and sell copies,
or distribute electronically from a website or in any
other form, designs which you have purchased. I purchase
graphics which are copyright or royalty free, because I
do not want to infringe on an artist’s copyrighted
material. Many hours are spent manually punching my
embroidery designs, test stitching, and editing-please respect my work as you would
want your own work respected.
Q. Do you accept returns of your
designs?
A. Because of the electronic nature
of the product, refunds are not given. I will replace
any defective CD or floppy disk once it is returned to
me. I would like to have the defective item back so I
can evaluate what actual problem occurred. I preview
each design in each folder after loading and before mailing, so this
problem is very rare.
Q. Do you do custom
digitizing?
A. I am happy to do custom work
for you. Send a graphic in bmp or jpg to receive an
estimate for digitizing. Please be sure your graphic is
not a copyrighted work or a trademarked symbol.
Q. What is included in your shipping
charge?
A. Shipping in US is first class mail
with delivery confirmation. (Insurance optional)
International shipping is first class international with
certificate of mailing. Custom labeled CDs are shipped
in a hard CD case in padded mailer. Floppy disks are
shipped in bubble wrap and in a padded mailer also. I do
combine shipping so that if one PayPal payment is made,
only 1 shipping charge is paid. Please understand that
shipping charges necessarily include the cost of
materials to make the CD or floppy disk as well as
actual postage.

A. I am happy to help you resolve any
problems you experience with my designs. Please email if
you have any difficulty so I can help you resolve the
