STORE REORGANIZATION
We are re-organizing our EBAY store. Many store items has been taken off line temporarily. If you can not find something or need multiple quantities, please ask.
In order to reduce costs, we are switching all auctions to the fixed price system.
To be more cost efficient and stay alive in this tough economy, we are also drastically reducing the number of auctions and putting many items in our ebay store only. If you don't see an item you want on auction, please check our ebay store for Store Exclusives.
POSTAGE
As of January 18th 2009, the US Post Office increased their rates for Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail, as well as International rates. Although the 1st class rates up to a lb or 12 oz and the 42 cent stamp remains the same.
As of May 11th 2009, the US Post Office will change the rates for 1st class stamps from 42 cents to 44 cents an ounce. Priority Mail, Express, Parcel Post, Media Mail (Book Rate) as well as international will also change.
Our auctions will be adjusted accordingly to compensate for the rate increase.
We will be also using FEDEX Ground as well as the post office for shipments.
We will use the most economical rate when possible. Most items go Priority Mail or 1st class. Heavier items might go Fedex Ground
BOOKS
As of January 14th 2009, Ebay had changed their shipping rules, ebay only allow charging $ 4.00 for shipping books. The book auctions shipping rates will be adjusted, and shipped Book rate, otherwise known as Media Mail, and Parcel Post only, no books will be shipped Priority Mail unless requested and Priority rates are paid or if a book purchase is combined with with other purchase. So please allow 3 weeks for shipping books. Book rate is about 10 business days - 3 weeks via Post Office, plus processing time. So average most people will get books within 3 weeks.
This also applies to videos, DVD's and CD's.
COMBO SHIPPING
For some reason, sometimes the Ebay Checkout and Marketworks miscalculate the combined shipping rates. If that is the case, or if you need help calculating the combined shipping please let me know and we will inform you of the correct combined shipping and send you a corrected invoice
PICTURES
Please be advised that for all items with multiple quantities, the picture is just a representation of the item. You might not be getting the exact item pictured. This is especially true for gemstones, crystals, pendulums, pendents, wands and jewelry that is made with gemstones. All our jewelry and wands are handmade and each is unique and different, though the picture shows a good representation of what an average item looks like. The same is true for gemstones and crystals which is made by nature and each are unique.
The items in the pictures may appear larger than actual size. This is especially true with jewelry, gems, crystals and wands. The pictures were magnified to show the details and the beauty of the items
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders will be shipped twice a week. International Orders will be shipped once a week. Most orders will still be shipped 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Might be more if backlogged, especailly during busy times for the Post Office such as Tax Season and Christmas Season. Most people will get their order within 2 weeks.
SALES TAX INCREASE
As of April 1st 2009, California Sales Tax has increased by 1%. The Sales Tax in Los Angeles County where our business is has increased fron 8.25 % to 9.25 %. The auctions are being edited to account for the new tax increase. If the auction when you purchase the item, states the old tax rate, the old tax rate will be honored. Whatever the tax rate stated in the auctions will be honored.
As of July 1st 2009, California Sales tax again increased by .5%, The Sales Tax in Los Angeles County where our business is has increased fron 9.25 % to 9.75 %.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Winning an auction or Buy It Now Item on EBAY is a binding contract. However, if you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. When the order is shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If an item is returned, it has to be pre-approved. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number and the proper RMA forms filled out. If an item is returned, shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
