Miscellaneous:
All of our items come from a smoke & pet free environment. We do our best to describe our items as accurate as possible. However we sometimes miss something. Please feel free to ask any question you may have before the auction ends, as all items are sold as is as shown, and all sales are final!
Payments:
We accept Paypal and Money Orders only! NO PERSONAL CHECKS!!! All payments are due within 5 days from the end of auction. If payment is not received without communication by the 6th day after auction close it will be considered that you backed out of your Ebay contract to purchase. A non paying bidder alert will be filed with Ebay...keep in mind that three of these cause a suspension of your account.
Shipping:
We ship Priority, First Class, Parcel Post and Media Mail dependent on the type of item. Shipping is either a fixed flat rate or will be calculated for multiple items shipping. You must notify me and ask for a discount shipping rate for multiple items. If you do not contact me full shipping will be charged for each item purchased in multiple purchases. We ship within 72 hours of payment unless you pay with an e-check through Paypal then shipment will be when check clears. Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping price. The confirmation number is available upon request so that you can track your package.
Refunds:
All sales are final. All items are sold as is. There will be no refunds. Please ask all question prior to end of auction. We do not give a refund if you have not received your package especially since delivery confirmation is included and is proof of shipment. AGAIN WE DO NOT REFUND FOR PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED AS WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE ONCE PACKAGES LEAVE OUR HANDS AND INTO THE POSTAL SYSTEM!!! Any shipping claims should be directed to your local US postal service office.
Feedback:
We leave feedback when we know the purchaser is happy with the product. We find this out simply by responding to feedback that is left for us. We are more than willing to work out any problems and will do what we can to make our customers happy. So please do not abuse the feedback system...if you have a problem with your item please e-mail us first...We have no intentions of pulling a fast one on our buyers. This is a business and we respect the customer.
