Payment
3.1 Important Payment Information
3.1.1 Full payment must be received within 7 days from the end of an
auction or the auction will be void and a negative feedback may be
left.
3.1.2 We reserve the right to re-list the item if payment is not
received within the 7 days after the auction close.
3.1.3 BE ADVISED: We actively participate in the eBay Non-Paying
Bidder/Buyer Program.
3.1.4 All sales are final!! So please read all description
carefully before bidding!
3.1.5 Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to
the purchase of the product.
3.1.6 Payment instructions & confirmation will be emailed at the end
of an auction to the highest bidder.
3.1.7 Many countries impose their own customs, duties, taxes, etc..
on items being shipped from a foreign country.
3.1.8 We are not responsible for any locally imposed duties or
taxes.
3.2 Form of Payment
3.2.1 Bank Transfer - For direct bank wire transfer payment please
contact us to get the bank details (IBAN & SWIFT).
This is a direct deposit from your bank account. It is our preferred
method of payment.
I allow up to 25% discount using this method. Please ask for
details.
3.2.2 Cash/Banknotes - You may pay with your country's perfect
uncirculated banknotes

3.2.3 PayPal - Easy payment method and very safe and secure. By
using PayPal all our items are covered by the PayPal payment
protection program.
3.2.4 Check / Money order - We accept Money order, Cashier's check

3.2.5 Western Union Money Transfer - We accept Money transfer but
it is recommend with payment over $100.00.

Bidding Policies
4.1 Please read the following bidding policies prior to bidding. By
placing a bid you agree with and are bound by all of the conditions
mentioned below.

outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction; we will do our
best to resolve ANY situation to your utmost satisfaction.

outstanding issues before any negative or neutral feedback is given.

Non Paying Bidders
5.1 We always contact buyers who haven't paid within seven days of
the auctions end to try to work out a payment arrangement. Most
times there are extenuating circumstances behind the nonpayment
which we completely understand and will make every effort to help
you.
5.2 It is VERY important to contact us should you have trouble
making payment. We report non paying bidders that do not respond to

Shipping & Insurance
7.1 Normally, goods will be shipped within 3-4 days after payment
received. Some orders ship the same day
dependant on how busy we are and the time of day your payment is
received. It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for, it
should be shipped as soon as possible.
7.1.1 Some stamps orders will shipped up
to 10 business days after payment!
7.1.2 Some coins orders will shipped up to
21 business days after payment!
7.2 Shipping is unavailable to the following territories:
Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia,
Syria, West Bank (Palestinian National Authority), United Arab

7.3 Registered mail (include shipping insurance) is advised as I
take no responsibility for lost items.
7.3.1 I require all packages that valued more than $30 to be
insured.

7.4 The Israeli postal service gives insurance of 403NIS (=115$)
without any other fee for REGISTERED airmail service (paragraph
11.2).
