| A:NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUT YARDAGE OR TRIM. Please request samples if you are not sure of color weight etc. Other items that don't require cutting may be returned if you contact the seller first. No refunds will be issued for shipping/hand fees. Please request a return within 7 days after receiving the items. Buyer pays for all return/ship fees. |
| Q:How do I obtain samples and is there a fee? |

| A:There is a fee for some items-especially the more expensive laces/fabrics. Please send your name and mailing address with your request.If there is a charge, you will be contacted. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, if the item is not restricted by your country postal regulations. All custom fees or taxes are the buyers responsibility. Please do not request "gift" to be used on the custom forms. Priority mail with insurance is advised, but may not be required for safe delivery. |
| Q:Do you special order fabrics and laces? |
|
| A:I will do my best to help you. Special orders require payment before an item is ordered and may take 8-10 days to arrive or longer. Your item will shipped to you as soon as it is available. |
| Q:Do you sell fabrics and laces less than 1 yd? |

| A:Most items are sold by the yard. I occasionally will list an item by the 1/2 yd. |
