Shipping Guidelines

We offer great combined shipping discounts on multiple purchases paid for on the same invoice.  Just send us a note that you are still shopping, and we will send one combined invoice when you are done. 

Any exceptions to this policy are included in the individual item listing.

We are a family run business and strive to ship all orders in 3 days, international orders can take up to 5.

We are not a large volume warehouse where they can purchase packing and shipping supplies at great rates, get carrier pickups and preferred rates.  For this reason there is a small handling charge included in the Shipping quote for each item.  This includes the cost of packing and shipping materials.  For International orders this charge is slightly higher.  Due to increased security in the US, these packages must be taken personally to the shipper.

Special Notes

Leather items and Motorcycle Accessories:

Leather items can only be combined with other leather items for shipping discounts, but this discount is often HUGE!  The biggest cost is the initial UPS charge, after that you can increase you order for minimal additional shipping.  You can get a shipping discount estimate at anytime, just include a list of your intended purchases in the ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION form.

Alaska and Hawaii:

I know you are part of the USA!  (My mom lives in Alaska and my son and his fiancé live in Hawaii)

However, the shipping carriers treat you like a foreign entity.  And since most items ship from Florida, the transit time is at the far end of the spectrum.

You are welcome to purchase anything (or everything) and I will get it to you!  For leather items (and a few others, it will state in the listing) there is an additional fee and wait time.  Just ask, and I will be happy to send you a quote. And combined shipping discounts still apply!  (You'd be surprised what I can fit in a flat rate box!!)

International Residents:

I would love to be able to send you anything, but it is important to know your country's import regulations.  It is also important that you understand that your country's import and customs fees are your responsibility.

Some items are limited by size restrictions.  I use USPS Priority Mail for all large items.  They have size limits based on the destination.  The item description will indicate if the item is an over sized parcel and you can refer to the chart below.

Over sized parcels can only be shipped to the following countries

 However, if you prefer another carrier without limitations, I will be happy to get you a shipping quote. Just note these carriers charge much HIGHER rates (UPS wanted $938 to send a car seat to Brazil!)
