I've been selling antiques and collectibles since the early 1980s and had a retail shop until 2001. I buy most of my merchandise from residents of the retirement community where I live. Because many of the residents are quite elderly, I find lots of 1940s and 1950s cookware, china, and household items along with some earlier family pieces and many recent gift items (often never used).
Shipping Information
- I quote exact domestic shipping, handling, and insurance charges in my auctions so that you can factor that cost into your bidding decisions. For your protection and peach of mind, I insure and purchase delivery confirmation or tracking for every package.
- For domestic destinations, USPS is my shipper for small packages and Fedex for heavier items. For international packages, I use USPS.
- I offer reduced shipping when more than one item is sent to one address.
- I normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. However, merchandise is held for 10 business days for checks to clear for buyers with feedback from fewer than 30 sellers.

Sales Tax Information for Washington State residents
As required by law, I collect sales tax on all in-state sales unless the buyer is purchasing for resale and has a valid UBI number.
Payment Information
U.S. Buyers:
- For U.S. sales I accept checks, money order, and Paypal.
- IF YOU ARE A U.S. RESIDENT WITH FEEDBACK FROM FEWER THAN 30 SELLERS, CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT ACCEPTANCE OF PAYPAL.
International Buyers:
- I accept international POSTAL money orders. For international customers with a confirmed Paypal address or ebay feedback from at least 30 sellers, I accept Paypal. For Canadian customers only I also accept bank money orders.
- I am happy to do business with customers in other countries but cannot accept Paypal payment for shipment to unconfirmed addresses in the absence of substantial feedback.

Return Policy
I accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. If I have made an error in the listing, I will pay the shipping both ways; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping. |
