You never have to bid on or buy an item you're not sure about. If you have any doubts or questions, you should ask the seller a question before you bid or use Buy It Now.
Example questions:
- Is this item compatible with...?
- Has this item ever been used or new?
- Does this item fit with my requesting model?
If you have a question you can use the Ask Seller a Question feature. To ask a question, click the “Ask seller a question” link on the item page. This feature allows you to send an email to a seller, even if you have not yet bid on or purchased the item. |

Notes:
- You must be a registered eBay member to ask the seller a question.
If you are not yet registered, you can complete eBay’s registration form.
If you are unable to get a response from the seller, you can request additional contact information directly from eBay.

- On the right side, near the top of the feedback page, click the button labeled “Contact Member”.
- You’ll be taken to an email form where you can enter your question to the member you wish to contact.
- If you would like the member to receive your registered email address, uncheck the “Hide my email address…” box near the bottom of the email form.
