Product Conditions:

Domestic shipping rates include service within the Continental USA, .Our International shipping rates include AK, HI, and Canada. Larger items (Such as spoilers/Body kits) may incur additional S/H fees if delivered outside of the continental U.S.-Please confirm before bidding. Only "International Money Orders" is accepted payment methods from non- U.S. bidders. For all remaining International customers, please contact us for your shipping rate. In order for Apact International, Inc. to offer our customers the lowest prices on thousands of items, all auction sales are considered final unless "defective" , "damaged due to freight" or "the item you received is significantly different from our description". Every item Apact International, Inc. offers is 100% Guaranteed New. Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/Non-payment. We will utilize any and all services provided to us regarding any act of fraud, non-payment, or bid shielding. Please only bid if you intend to follow through with your purchase. All items must be paid within 5 business days, or a non-paying bidder alert may be filed. We reserve your auction item only for 7 days, if you have special circumstances to prevent payment within the time frame, please notify us as soon as possible, or your item may be re-listed. Refunds will be issued in store credit ONLY (no cash/check refunds). Exceptions to the policy include damaged products, defective items, incorrect items, or if the return is a result of our error.

Returns and Refund:

All item comes with 30-day warranty. ( Some auto parts require maximum or minimum modification. There is no part that FIT PERFECT unless Item description show "FIT PERFECT". If you are not sure for item can fit or not, you must consult with someone in this knowledge field. You can pre-line the item to see item is fit or not. As long as you DO NOT ASSEMBLY item then it's replacement or refundable, All item with ASSEMBLY will not be able to process RETURN or REFUND ). Within the warranty period, defective item can be process for replacement. All returns must be authorized and pre-approved by APACT or through eBAY as (Contact Member) and is subject to a 30% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 10 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Apact International, Inc. In unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) and Insure that product is very well packaged. The shipping change can't be refunded, the buyer must pay for the shipping change for ship back to Apact International, Inc. for replacement (unless the item does not fit on the titled vehicle as auction listing or D.O.A. issue then we will take care shipping charge). Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price (any missing parts will effect return or subject to extra charge for replacement) and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Apact International, Inc.. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Pick up service is not available for return merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return

Shipping Damage:

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Apact International, Inc.. within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. All refund or replacement will be granted after insurance claim process has end.
