Bought APERA ph20 meter on eBay when received it would not calibrate. Called Apera spoke to Tyler who mode me send pictures and copies of receipt of purchase then next fay told me since I bought on eBay even though it was new Apera does not warranty product. Tried to provide serial number from Apera ph kit that had exp date on it but they didn’t care BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BY FORM ANY SELLER ON EBAY THAT ISNT LISTED AS APERA AS THE SELLER THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERV
