Seller sends a mockup so you can approve. I submitted a collage and the pics got moved in the mock so check carefully! They worked off my second submission and I had it for Christmas! My S.O. cried upon receiving this awesome phone case with pics of our beloved doggo who passed in April. A++ quality product. Will buy again.
