Basics
- Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM PST (Closed Wednesday)
- Most orders received before 2PM PST will ship same day. (Except Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Nothing ships on those days)
- We’ll let you know if shipping will be delayed for any reason.
- Orders received after 2PM Friday or on the weekend will ship Monday (ie: No shipping on weekends).
- Local pickup can be arranged in Portland, Oregon.

- Mailling Address is: 12314 NE Whitaker Way, Portland, OR 97230. Please contact us before mailing any product, as we have a drop box for large items, etc.

- We do not accept offers, etc. Our best price is on the item.
- All sales are final on ebay items, so please be sure you're ordering the correct
part/item for your needs (Most parts have Apple Part Numbers listed).
This includes Parts, Computer Systems, iPods...Do your research. All items are described as exactly as possible, and any flaws or warranty issues are listed accordingly, ie, Don't blame us if you don't read the item description.

- All computers come with a minimum of a 30 Day Warranty (Unless Noted) & an Extended warranty is available through Squaretrade.

Payment
- We accept Paypal only. Payment must include a Paypal confirmed shipping address and must be from a U.S or Canadian Account.
- We ship to the address showing on the PayPal payment. That is the address Paypal has confirmed for that particular order.
BE SURE the address you want the order shipped to is the address on the Paypal payment. WE DO NOT/WILL NOT ship to any other address.
- Except for Canada, We DO NOT accept international orders/payments at this time.
- If ordering a computer or other large item, the confirmed address cannot be a PO Box.
- A Signature will be Required at Delivery on all orders over $100
- There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.
Shipping
- Most items use the eBay Shipping Calculator and shipping is determined by Zip/Postal Code. Some items have a fixed shipping price on the item.
- Yes, we can ship to APO's, Alaska and Hawaii, but please contact us for a shipping quote.
- A signature is required at delivery for all orders over $100.
- Canadian Buyers MUST use the Canadian Shipping calculator on the item. Canadian buyers are responsible for all Taxes, GST, Tariffs, etc. upon import.
- The shipping on multiple item listings will update automatically in checkout.
- We’ll gladly combine shipping on multiple auctions.
Please wait until you receive an updated invoice from us to make your payment on multiple items.
- We send out tracking information in the late afternoon (PST).

DOA Items
- Please contact us within 7 Days of receipt for exchange of a DOA item.
After that time, it will be considered a warranty issue and not DOA.
- All parts/computers (unless new in the box) are pre-tested and shipped functioning.
- DOA items will be replaced/repaired. Please contact us at applepartsnw@gmail.com if you receive a DOA item.
- Items damaged due to abuse/misuse will not be repaired/replaced.
Basic Warranty on Computers
- Our warranty covers problems with computer hardware for the time period specified on the auction.
- Warranty does not cover Software. On machines that don't come with discs,
it is highly recommended that you make a backup of your hard drive upon receipt. On machines with OSX 10.5 Leopard, we recommend attaching an external hard drive and running Time Machine upon receipt.
- Please contact us first for specific directions.
- For warranty service, please return the item directly to us. It will be repaired and returned to you.
- Customer is responsible for shipping to us. We will cover return shipping to customer.
- Please pack item carefully (in original packaging if possible) & include accessories.
- We are not responsible for items arriving damaged.
- We highly recommend purchasing the optional Squaretrade Warranty, as it provides up to
3 Years of Protection at a very reasonable price.
- If an item is still covered by its original factory warranty or an extended factory warranty, it will be listed in the item description.
We do not give out computer serial numbers, as they can be used to obtain warranty services.
Disclaimer
- You use all items purchased from ApplepartsNW at your own risk.
- We encourage you to fix/repair/build your own computers, etc., but DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.
There’s an abundance of information on the net covering diagnosis, replacement and repair procedures.
- Sorry, we DO NOT provide tech services or parts recomendations.
- We’re happy to provide parts, but if you screw up your computer, it’s your fault, not ours.
This includes ordering incorrect parts, incorrect installation and mis-diagnosing problems.
- "Buy it Now" Bonuses: We sometimes offer a free bonus item if you use "Buy it Now" on the Auction.
The bonus item is only included if you use "Buy It Now & will not be included if the Auction is Bid On. Bonus Items have no Cash Value & will not be "Deducted" from the selling price if you "Don't want it", so please don't ask.
