Payment: We currently accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Due to eBay's policies, we cannot accept checks of any kind or money orders. Note that we use Paypal for processing some of our phone card orders.
Shipping: Except in some rare occasions We ship all your purchases daily. For your satisfaction, all
purchases will usually be shipped within 1 working day of order receipt via USPS Priority, USPS First Class, and UPS Ground. Where listed, we will use USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. FREE SHIPPING offers only apply to shipments within the contiguous 48 United States!!!! We are not your least expensive shipper, but we are
the best. We will get the product to you quickly and safely... check our feedback!.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXPEDITED AND/OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:: We do not offer additional expedited shipping (such as overnight, 2nd-day air, Express) other than what is offered in our listings. Please do not bid/buy if you require expedited shipping not shown in our listings. Additionally we DO NOT ship international; please do not bid/buy if you require shipment outside the US. Our Paypal account is set up not to accept international payments so if you are registered OUTSIDE the US you will not be able to complete your purchase even if you want the product shipped INSIDE the US. Our apologies in advance if we do not remove that restriction for you. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Returns: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION COMPLETELY. In order to keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we are very strict about returns. Before you purchase a part, be sure you are technically capable of diagnosing a faulty part (especially if it's an electrical part) or have someone qualified diagnose it for you - this is a strict qualification you'll need should you want to return a defective part. We are very fair, and if we make a mistake (For example: we send you the wrong part or give you the wrong part number for the model you provided us) we will go 100% out of our way to fix it and make it right. We will send you the correct part and we will pay for return shipping on the incorrect part both ways. If, however, you order the wrong electrical part and/or you install that part and it does not solve your problem, we will not take it back unless you can show the part is defective. If you refuse delivery of a part or a part is sent back to us marked as "refused" delivery, we will treat it as an unauthorized return and credit may not be issued. If credit is issued, delivery charges and 20% re-stocking charges will be deducted from the credit amount. If you feel that the part you purchased is "defective" our technicians will ask for proof of failure, since that is what the manufacturer requires for a warranty replacement. A simple "it does not work", will not suffice, we need to know exactly what component or part of the component failed. We may ask that you send us some documentation of the failure, and then we will send you a new part free of charge. You will not need to return the failed part. But if you cannot provide this evidence, we will not do a warranty exchange or refund for you. You must email us using the eBay messaging system (we do not get any other emails!) if you want to apply for a return. We will give you instructions on where to send the particular item - DO NOT return it to the address it came from! Please be sure and get a Return Authorization code from our representative. This code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We will not process your return without this code!
Feedback: Due to the volume of our business, our system is set up to leave feedback automatically; personal feedback requests cannot be honored. We understand that feedback is completely voluntary, we appreciate any good comments. We believe the transaction is complete when you have received your purchase and are satisfied.
