These appliques are not embroidered patches and are not iron-on transfers which leave the vinyl-like letters.  They are simply a piece of fabric that you can iron onto your project.  Shipping insurance is always available, even if it is not stated in the listing.  Any other shipping services or methods that you would like to purchase are also always available such as tracking numbers, etc.  Most appliques can be made with a sewable adhesive for those who wish to sew or seal the edges with fabric paint, etc.  If you would like the sewable adhesive please let me know.  Most orders made with the sewable adhesive will have a small edge left around them so you don't have to sew or use fabric paint over the main part of the applique.  These work best when ironed onto NEW fabric as the soapy residue left in fabric from multiple washings usually causes the appliques to either not adhere at all or fall off in the wash.  Thanks for visiting!
