Payment
Payment is due with-in 5 days. We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping & Handling
- We usually ship with-in 5-7 business days. If we have a problem meeting this schedule for any reason we will notify you of the delay.
- We ship via UPS Ground Service- Insured.
- Shipping time is 1-2 days to the East coast, 3-4 days to the Midwest, and 5-6 days to the West coast.
- ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED.
- Our S/H charges are comprised of the following: Warehouse employee handling, boxes/tape/plastic wrapping, UPS base shipping rate including fuel surcharge, Residential delivery charge, insurance is added based on the value of the item(s), UPS charges an additional $7.50 handling fee for items not shipped in a box and are over 60 inches in length. Signature confirmation if value is over $500.00.
- We try to keep our shipping charges to you as low as possible but please note our charges reflect the rise in fuel costs and wool rugs are heavy. There is added handling involved with rugs due to their weight. Two employees locate and pull each rug. This process can take as much as half an hour per rug.
- The shipping charge listed is based on shipping with-in the 48 states and to Eastern Canada.
- Please contact us for shipping surcharge to Alaska, Hawaii and Western Canada.
- All rugs that weigh over 150 lbs. are shipped via freight. If the shipping charge is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- No Pick-up facilities are available for local sales.
- Your tracking # is emailed to you by us and UPS. If you do not receive our shipping notice email please check your spam email folder.
Multiple Purchases
If you win an auction item but wish to continue bidding on other items, we ask that you kindly email us and let us know so we can combine your invoices, deduct your discount and ship your items together for you.
International Customers
Please contact us if you wish to bid or purchase an item.
We may be able to arrange shipping to international locations. All customs, duty, taxes or other charges that are incurred upon entry into your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Certificate of Origin
We can send you a Certificate of Origin for genuine hand knotted rugs. Please let us know if you would like a certificate sent with your rug shipment or mailed to you.
Rug Sizing:
As is standard in the industry our rugs are categorized and sold by the generic sizes below. This makes it easier for our customers to locate and purchase the correct size rug for your needs and to fit with-in eBay's established rug categories. We list the actual rug measurements in the description. If you have any questions about the size of a rug, please contact us for clarification.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with-in 3 days of receipt of your rug. After 3 days your purchase is considered a final sale.
All returns must be pre-authorized and the return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package. No returns will be accepted in our warehouse with-out the return authorization number visible on the package.
