Sealed Products
For returns of any factory-sealed merchandise we ask that you contact us
within 48 hours of receipt. Once you receive approval for the return, return the
merchandise in the same condition it was sent, and we will refund the purchase
price, less the shipping charges. If the return is made due to our mistake, we
will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However,
if a sealed item was sent to you and you opened the item, that item can not be
returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Singles
Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns
on single cards. However, there are two exceptions to this policy.
1) If you are not satisfied with the condition of any single cards you
have received, do contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you get an
approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition it was
sent and we will exchange the item(s). Please be aware that this does not apply
to individual cards listed as being in any condition other than M/NM. In the
event that we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue a full refund
for the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We will also refund all
shipping charges exclusively associated with the return of the item(s). If there
is an exchange or refund for part of a shipment of singles we will refund a
portion of the shipping charges for that shipment.
2) All orders are double-checked for accuracy before being shipped, but
mistakes have occurred. If you have received an item(s) that you did not order
or find cards missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of
receipt. Once you receive approval for the return, return the merchandise in the
same condition it was sent, and we will exchange the item(s). In the event that
we can not exchange the item(s), we will issue a full refund for the purchase
price of that item(s). We will also refund all shipping charges associated with
the return of the item(s).
