First, I would like to thank you for shopping at Art & Airbrush, we appreciate your patronage.

   Secondly, we  try to answer all emails within 24 hours of receipt.  A lot of times we send jpeg samples for your approval and consideration. (Photo plates and custom requests only)  Sometimes however, especially when a jpeg is attached, emails seem to be dumped into spam folders.  So if you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first, then please contact us and let us know that you haven't gotten a response.  The name on the email will be Art & Airbrush, not Ebay.

   After you have purchased the items you want, and you would like the items personalized or custom designed, put all that information in the 'Note to Seller" section of Paypal, or send us a separate email right after ordering that has all your instructions included.   Include all information, like the design, color, and lettering desired, and anything else you want to be included on the item.  If we have already discussed the details in a previous email write them again anyway so I can match you up to those emails.  In the case of custom made items, I will be contacting you to verify the order.  If you don't want any personalization, let us know that also.  If I don't get any lettering instructions you will receive the item as pictured with no lettering.
   If you are not paying with Paypal and are using an alternative payment method, (we do accept checks and money orders if you let us know right away) purchase the item, then send us an email with your preferred payment method and also include your customizing instructions.   Thanks again, and of course I am always available to help you, so email me with any questions you might have.   Thanks, Debra
