Ordering & Shipping Information
Although we wish to deliver the goods to you in person, we have to count on the mail services as well. We are here for your service with any issue and want to make sure you will receive your order quickly and safely as possible.
Where is my item? When our order does not arrive within the reasonable time - don't panic, 99.9% its still doing the long way, for a safe landing at your arms. Please contact us and we will help. Sometimes the mail services can be slow (imagine that?!) and we have to be patience, although it really drives us crazy to wait..

Help us be green and reduce costs with COMBINED SHIPPING - You can purchase anything you like within a 2 weeks period, and pay for all items together only after you finish, by asking us for one combined invoice. This way we can save on packing costs and help save a tree or two on this planet

Shipping options in short (more info below) : Airmail (1.5-2 weeks) ** EMS - Express Mail (4-5 business days) ** Sea Mail (1-2 months).
Combined Shipping - Save on shipping costs when ordering a few items together

we are happy to combine shipping and help you save on shipping costs as possible. If you like to purchase more items from store do not pay immediately (..If you paid already for 1-2 item and want more please let us know in advance so we will wait with the order). After you finished shopping all items you want - without paying - contact us to send one combined invoice for all items together, goto pay and click the "request total from seller" button at the payment page, and we will send the correct invoice that reflects the reduced shipping costs.
Shipping cost is calculated according to total weight of the item/s packed and include packing materials and labour costs per item or per order, as applicable. For price estimate please refer to the shipping tables below.
Shipping times:

Standard Airmail usualy takes 7 - 14 business days (1-2 weeks) for arrival. In some rare occasions shipping can take upto one (1) month, unfortunately.

EMS (Express Shipping) takes 4 - 5 business days, please let us know if you want us to ship with EMS.
Domestic handling time - handling time is usually 1-3 business days after payment. For hand made items, handling time may take up to one (1) week, or more, as stated in the listing.
Wrapping and packing are carried out with great care. We use the proper padding materials to make sure the item will arrive to you safe and sound.
Gift wrapping - we offer gift wrapping for any occasion and also a personal greeting note, please inform us prior to shipment or in the "notes" section at the payment.
All customs and additional Taxes charged locally at the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you like to return an item (for any reason), please contact us BEFORE Shipping back, so we can provide you with shipping instructions. We will do our best to solve the situation with you on the best side.
You may return item/s within 14 days from receipt of your order.
Depending on each case, a full refund of the item price, not including shipping costs, will be given, or credit for purchasing another item, to the customer's choice.
The item should be returned in its original condition and packed well.
Shipping back costs will be on the customer's expense.
In case of damged item on delivery don't panic :) and please contact us. all items are insured for damge on delivery. If possible please fill an "item damaged on delivery" form at the local post office where you received the parcel.
Estimated Shipping Rates, from Israel
The rates in the tables are for estimate purposes only and applicable to changes in post services shipping rates.
The rates include packing materials and labour costs per item or per order, as applicable. This is mostly determined by complexity of packing, for example for fragile items that require special attention and extra paddings the cost will be close to the higher estimate price.
For large size orders also consider Sea Mail which is cheaper and reliable but takes 1-2 months.
