Combined Shipping Rate For Additional Items:
Combined shipping saves money! Cost is determined by total parcel weight regardless of the number of items purchased from us within a 7 day period - the largest/heaviest item sets the cost (additional items will usually ship FREE). Items must be paid for in ONE consolidated transaction to be eligible. Ask us for a combined invoice BEFORE sending payment!
Delivery Time:
For estimated delivery times to your country, see any item listing (click Description tab under item photo, and scroll down to red & black section). Due to seasonal Nov/Dec volume and delays at Customs for parcels being shipped outside Canada, all delivery times given in item listings are APPROXIMATE. Estimates for USA and International are for how long the parcel will take to reach Customs inspection (delivery may take a few more days). Note that "Custom" items, "Special Order" items, and eCheck payments take time to process and could delay shipping by several days.
Overdue
Shipment?
Be
aware that deliveries to major urban centres are faster than
to less populated areas. Local conditions (extreme weather,
labour disputes, Nov/Dec seasonal volume) and Customs
clearance (USA & Overseas deliveries) can cause delays.
If the parcel has not arrived within a few business days of
the estimated time, first contact your local post office to
see if it waiting for pick-up (they may have been unable to
notify you - this DOES happen!). If more than calendar 30
days have passed from the shipment date and you have still
not received your parcel, please contact us. In the unlikely
event that your order got lost on its way to you, we can open
an insurance claim to get you a refund 45 days from shipment
date (or less, depending on service used). Claim may take
up to 14 days to process.
Local Pick-Up:
If you live in the Vancouver BC area you can pick up your
order to save on shipping costs, however payment must be made
in advance (no cash). Let us know you want to pick up BEFORE
paying so we can remove the shipping charge from your invoice.
Please note that we do not have a storefront - our studio
is not open to the public so we must make arrangements to
meet elsewhere (eg. coffee shop). We are located in Downtown
Vancouver and will only arrange picks-ups to take place
downtown.
Express
(XpressPost/Priority Courier) Shipping:
Service
provided through Canada Post, includes insurance and tracking.
To view rates, go to listing page and scroll down to "Shipping"
tab under item photo, select country from list, and enter
postal/zip code (if you do not see a rate for your area, contact
us for a quote). Click "Description" tab under item photo
and scroll down for estimated delivery time to your location.
Estimates are counted from the first weekday (Mon-Fri) after
payment clears, excluding holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date that is less than
3 weeks away, we recomend XpressPost/Priority. Note that "Custom"
items, "Special Order" items, and eCheck payments will take
time to process and could delay shipping by several days.
Failure to provide a phone number for the delivery address
(required by Customs)
may also cause delays.

RTS (Return-To-Sender) Shipment:
Check your delivery address carefully before ordering! If we ship your order and it is returned by the Post due to no error on our part, we must bill you for the RTS shipping cost (the Post charges the full rate to send it back to us) as well as the cost to
ship it out again if you want it re-sent. We can cancel your order if you do not want it re-sent, however SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The RTS cost will be deducted from your payment
and we will refund the remainder.

Customs
We ship from Canada. For many customers, this means that your parcel must cross a border in order to reach you. When it does, your country's Customs agents may inspect the parcel, which can sometimes cause delays as well as incur Customs fees being charged to you upon delivering it. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we cannot predict if, by how much, or how long this may take (although it is usually only 1-3 business days). Legally we cannot describe your shipment as a "gift" on the Customs form unless
we are shipping directly to a different person's address (someone
who did not pay for the order and does not live at the
billing address).
We CANNOT declare the value of the parcel contents on the Customs form as less than the actual item value for two reasons:
1.) It is illegal. Mail fraud is a federal offence.
2.) The parcel is insured for the value declared. Thus if your $100 item got lost or damaged and we had declared it as worth $20, you could only get a $20 refund since that is the amount Canada Post would reimburse you.
The fact that other businesses may lie for you does not concern us (we will not "jump off a bridge" just because another store did). It is not a legal or ethical business practice.

Gift Recipient or Alternate (Non-Billing) Address:
We
will ship to an address different from your usual billing
address (you should first add the delivery address under "My
Account > Addresses" in My Ebay - shipping rates are automatically
based on the address provided). BUT... If paying by credit
card (even via PayPal), for security against fraud and
to avoid processing delays, contact the card issuer BEFORE
paying (24-hour phone number on back of card) to authorize
a new shipping address. If you already have a PayPal account,
for a smoother check-out you should add the new address as
a "gift address" to your account BEFORE PAYING.
Gift Receipt*: You can write "gift from [your name]" as a note with your payment during check-out or message us immediately - we will include an unpriced gift receipt so they will know who the parcel is from. Also, tell the recipient to expect a parcel from Canada to make sure they will accept the shipment!!
*It is illegal for the shipper to lie about the contents of the package on the Customs declaration form - please don't ask.
