Q: What does Shipping and Handling include:
A: Shipping & handling is the entire process from packaging to deposit with the carrier - any expenses (materials, transportation, postage) incurred during this process are in the shipping costs. Our shipping is done in a professional manner with all new quality materials.
Q: Can I save money with combined shipping and how much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We charge a flat rate of $5 US postage , $8 Canada and $10 international for the first print. This includes shipping and handling.
YES you can save money! Only $1.50 additional shipping & handling for each additional art print you buy from our store! Buy 5 Prints & save $14! Buy 8 prints & save $24! Combined shipping prices apply ONLY to single prints. Combined pricing has already been applied to print sets.
Q: How can I get these discounted shipping rates?
A: Please purchase your additional prints from our eBay store. Combined shipping prices are NOT available for recipes, books or other misc items we occasionally have in the store. We have NO outrageous hidden shipping or handling charges.
Q: What is an original ART print?
A: An original art print is a copy of an art piece created by a living breathing artist. This means that you will NOT find these images available anywhere else. (Unless you know the artist) This allows you to own high quality artwork by professional artisans at department store prices. Buying our prints support working artists here in the US.
Because we sell multiple copies we can keep our prices reasonable plus the artist is free to sell the original work. This gives valuable exposure to artisans who would not otherwise sell prints online AND it gives you the chance to buy incredible prints that you can’t find anywhere else!
Artists who sell their original art prints at ArtCantHurtU get a percentage for each piece that sells on eBay. Because we create and reproduce the work here in the Atlanta area we can maintain the highest quality possible.
Q: Why support Professional Artists?
A: How does buying an original art print help support working artists? The vast majority of department store art is manufactured in Asia. Even oil paintings are cranked out by the thousands. We support global commerce but simply cannot compete with businesses who mass produce goods and pay their workers pennies. Help us continue to create - buy here!

Q: Are all of our prints original art prints?
A: No, they are not. We also specialize in unusual antique reproductions. We have also licensed several other image design series. However, our main love is creating original art and providing you with high quality print reproductions. That means you can buy original quality work at department store prices.
Q: How important is print size?
A: VERY! Take out your tape and measure. Bigger IS Better! Our smallest art pieces start at 12 x12”. Most of our pieces are 17x22 or larger. Don’t skimp – having a larger size can make a huge visual impact! Save on framing costs by eliminating that huge mat and frame. Fill up your wall with art you love!
Many stores are selling 8x10 prints (smaller than the size of a standard piece of notebook paper) which means that you could basically print out the art you want on your own printer at home.
Q: I need a different size then you are listing. Can you make that?
A: Yes we can. For no extra charge we will print the size or smaller. Remember, you might loose some part of the image when it gets a different size. Just e-mail us and tell us what you need.
Q: Where do I send my PayPal payments?
A: If you already are familiar with the PayPal payment system you can send your PayPal payments to this email address: art@ArtCantHurtU.com
Or you can send us an email and request an invoice be sent to your email address.
Q: Will you send me an email with my order total before I pay?
A; After your auctions end you should receive an invoice from us with your order total, including shipping and any discounts. If by chance you did not receive one just send us an email requesting your total and we'll send one right over. If you bought a Buy it Now item you can proceed and pay as usual.
Q: : Where do I send my Check or Moneyorder payment and who do I make them out to?
A: To get our address please complete the checkout process by clicking the "Pay Now" button on the item page and chose the pay by check or moneyorder option or send us an email requesting our address. Please make all checks or moneyorders payable to: Jan Riley. Please include the eBay item number(s) and your eBay screen name with your payment.
Q: How long do I have, to pay for my item?
A: 5 days. After 5 days have expired you will receive a payment reminder. If we do not receive payment within 5 days of sending the reminder we file with eBay for nonpayment. If you send a Moneyorder or a check we will wait another couple of days to receive it.
Q: An item has arrived to me damaged. How do I get it replaced?
A: With our hassle free return and replace policy, getting a broken item replaced is simple and easy. All you have to do is contact us and inform us that your item has arrived damaged and we will see to it that you get a new one shipped ASAP. That’s easy isn't it. We said it was hassle free.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will take returns on any of our art prints if you are not satisfied. Please return the item and we will refund your money (minus postage) or give you another print - your choice.
Q: How long do I have before I contact you about a return?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
We do not replace items that were damaged due to customer negligence. We only replace items that were damaged in shipping.
Q: My item has not arrived even though it was sent weeks ago. Is it lost?
Q: Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
A: If your order is an international order, most likely it is stuck in customs. That means it is not lost, only delayed. We'll do everything we can to try and track it down and speed it on it's way. We've seen some shipments take up to 3 weeks to clear customs. I know, it's terrible but please have patience.
Lost packages do occur from time to time and if you don’t receive it we will ship you a new print.
