We accept returns only for "not as described" items. All sales are final. In the rare occasion that an item is damaged during shipping, you are required to fill out a damage claim form with the carrier and email it to us. Once that is done and settled with the shipping carrier, we will either replace your item or issue you a refund. Note: Shipping & handling can not be refunded. Important: No returns on custom framed items or special orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us for International shipping rates as they will vary by shipment destination, size and weight. All items are shipped insured and professionally packed. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item is shipped. Note: International shipments to certain countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments are also subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Important: The declared value of goods will be the price you paid for the item(s).
For United States and Canada orders, please allow 3 - 10 business days from the date you have placed your order for your shipment to arrive. Shipments to countries other than the United States will take longer and may need to be retrieved from a major port of entry if required by law. Custom framing will delay delivery time.
Items are shipped within 48 hours upon receiving full payment. Custom framing will slightly delay delivery time.

How are items shipped?
Most unframed limited editions and prints are carefully rolled and shipped in mint condition in a sturdy tube-like container. Framed artworks and original paintings are shipped in a sturdy box, protected from the inside with corrugated paper, bubble wrap and/or styrofoam peanuts. Shipments of sculptures and special items are packed differently.
We are required by law to collect sales tax to any items shipped to Florida.
What if I receive the wrong item?
First of all, please accept our apologies. Please contact customer service in order to obtain a return authorization code. Customer service will schedule a pickup, so that the shipping company can pick up the wrong item(s). This is at no charge to you. A new shipment will then be dispatched to you as soon as the returned item(s) reach our warehouse.
