Shipping is actual with a fifty cent handling charge ($1.00 minimum). Buyer to provide shipping address within 2 days. I will combine purchases for 1 week. Payment must be received within 10 days after totals provided.

Domestic shipping is stated in each listing.  The shipping calculator is not always correct so any excess shipping paid will be refunded.

International shipping is listed for most items.  I only charge actual shipping costs plus a fifty cent handling fee.  Shipping is normally via USPS first class or priority but I will provide other options upon request.  Customs forms will be correctly filled out and any/all duties or taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS or UPS as indicated on your statement. If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address given by the purchaser, shipping fees must be repaid before shipment otherwise a refund of the purchase price only will be given.

Purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange of the purchase price less shipping cost within 7 days.  Any order returned because of an error on the part of Artful Balance will be refunded all costs.
