If that rare occasion arises where you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away, after inspection of the pictures of damaged item, packing and box we will file an insurance claim for your item and wait for Insurer return reply letting me know if anything else is needed. The insurance company will require a signed statement/affidavit from the buyer indicating loss or damage, that you will fill out online for the insurer. Failure to complete the claim form and following all claim instructions could lead to non settlement of claim. Don't return the item to me without following these instruction as the claim will be denid.
In the case of remorse we will except returns but will deduct all expenses incurred including a shipping/insurance/commission and a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be given the same way it was paid for.
Shipping Policy: We will check UPS and USPS for the best rate to ship your order. Shipping will be calulated by zip code and the size of the box need to pack your order safely. Its not possible to pre-select the size box needed for combined order until the order is completed
Approved International buyers pays shipping expense plus a $1.00 handling fee per one hundred for insurance. All duties are your responsibility.
