All fans are available either as right handed singles or left/right pairs.

What happens when I inquire about an order?

We will e-mail you back with confirmation of your design and notify you of the exact costs including shipping before commencement of any work.  For larger jobs say six fans or above however we would require a 30% deposit.  Once the items are ready for shipment we will e-mail you photos of the item if it is a unique custom design for your approval.  Any problems will be corrected to your specifications or full refund of your deposit in such cases if preferred.  Once approved we will list on e-bay and the remaining 70% is payable.  When payment received the items will normally be dispatched the next working day and we will e-mail you the tracking number.

How long will my order take to be made?

Normally we look to ship custom orders out around 7-10 days after ordering depending on the weather.  Can be slight delays during the typhoon/hurricane season as fans need extra time to dry.
