Here are some of the most common quesitons we receive. If your question is not addressed below please contact us and we will reply as quickly as possible!

I'm not sure about your sizes?

We sell many brands and they all have slightly different measurements. All of our listings contain armpit-to-armpit measurements. This is the mesurement from one armpit across the chest to the other. (A 20 inch armpit to armpit measurement would be a 40 inch chest measurement.) If you are unsure about a size please refer to the dimensions shown in every listing.

How long does delivery take?

We send all packages by Priority Registered Air Mail. This service is very quick and reliable.

Our average delivery time to most countries is 1-3 weeks. We mail right away upon receipt of payment, but please understand that we can not mail on weekends or holidays. Also, please understand that on rare occasions mail or customs delays slow delivery- your patience is appreciated!

Is there a tracking number?

We send all packages via Priority Registered Air Mail. Every package has a tracking number, but not all countries have online tracking. Our packages are trackable in the United States, Canada, Norway, and a few other countries as well. We will soon offer optional DHL Global Mail Delivery to Europe which is trackable in most European countries.

I'm buying more than one item, what will the postage be?

We charge FLAT RATE shipping for delivery anywhere in the world!

For items priced in US$, after the first item, all additional purchases paid for on the same invoice will enjoy a $2 per item discount. This means $2 OFF, not $2 per additional item!

(Buy 2 items, save $2, Buy 3 items, save $4, etc.)

For items priced in £ British Pounds, after the first item, all additional items paid on the same invoice will enjoy a £1GBP shipping discount. This means £1GBP OFF, not £1GBP per additional item!

(Buy 2 items, save £1GBP, Buy 3 items save £2GBP, etc) 

I'm bidding on more of your auctions. Can you wait for my payment?

No problem. If you are bidding on or purchasing multiple items it's easier if you pay for all your items together once your last auction or listing has ended. We don't have a time limit for our combined shipping discount so if your auctions finish a few days apart we are happy to wait for payment. If you need an invoice just ask and we wil send you one right away.

I'm looking for a different color or size- do you have it?

We are happy to take requests. If you don't see the color or size you are looking for, please let us know and we'll see if we can find it for you.

Can you mark my package as 'GIFT'? What about customs/duty charges?

We mark packages 'GIFT' and declare a low value to help avoid customs taxes when sending items to countries that apply them, such as Canada. Please understand that any Customs charges are the responsability of the buyer. Italian buyers beware- ITALY taxes almost EVERYTHING!
