When I sent for these running shoes I never got a confirmation on my PayPal acct.Then I got a note (I think from eBay) that authentic guarantee was not a recognizable seller so I just thought you had closed your site. So I bought another pair of the same shoes (used and non returnable). Could I possible exchange these for another color in the same style. My husband, unfortunately burned the shipping box so I don’t have any return papers. How do I go about this? Thanks for your help.
