ITEM's CONDITION

Is there a difference between "New" and "Brand New"

No.  If it says "Brand New" it is just because there was room in the title to put it.  Both are new from the factory.

Is this item factory refurbished?

If the item is stated as "New" or "Brand New", the item is NOT factory refurbished.  We are not in the business for refurbishing equipment. 

Will we occasionally have items up for sale that are used or refurbished? 

It is possible.  If it has been used or refurbished in any way, we will have it clearly stated in the description in large bold print!

What if we receive our "new" item damaged?

If your item has apparent shipping damages upon receival, you must make note of the damages on your delivery ticket BEFORE signing for the item in order to take proper recourse against the shipping company responsible.  Then notify seller so that we may assist you with reimbursement, exchanges, etc.

 

DELIVERY TIME

How long will delivery take on this item?

Atlanta Fixture can only control the amount of time it takes to process your order and your choice of regular or expedited delivery service.  As long as the item is in stock at the factory or in stock in our Atlanta warehouse, we usually ship within 48 hours of receiving all required information and cleared payment.  If the item is in stock in multiple locations, we will ship from the warehouse closest to you to reduce the time in transit.  The time it takes from there to its destination is out of our hands and up to the carrier to fufill standard or expedited shipments, depending on what you chose to pay for.  For the most part items that we have listed are in stock unless they say otherwise.  If you place an order for an item that happens to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately, refund your money, and will not hold you responsible for any of the order.  If you are still concerned, however, you may call 1-800-282-1977 to see if the item you are interested in is in stock.    You may be interested in reading about our shipping methods and choices on our "policies" page.  You may also choose to check out our feedback page to see comments from customers on shipping time. 

CHARGES

How do I know what my total will be?

All charges are either specifically stated in each listing or it will tell you to contact seller for a quotation.  We do not charge hidden packaging and handling fees.  The only elements that may affect your total include the following: 

SHIPPING: For shipping charges, please see specific listing for details.  Also, you may check our policies page to see if you qualify for free shipping or to learn more about shipping terminology.  If listing tells you to contact seller for more information, please provide your zip code and quantity desired since calculations are based upon location and total shipping weight.  All shipping quotations refer to standard tailgate delivery.  If you would like to add lift-gate service onto your delivery, this is an option that you may pay for.   For a more in depth description, please see our "policies" page under "calculate total". 

TAXES: We are required by law to charge sales tax in the states of AL, DC, FL, GA, MO, NY, NC, SC, TN, TX, and WV because we are registered in these states.  If you would like us to ship to a zip code that falls outside of these states, you will not be charged sales tax.  Our tax table shows the maximum tax rate that you may be charged in the state where you reside.  If your county falls under a  lower rate within the state, we can adjust the rate at checkout or offer a refund after the sale.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

After buyers click Pay Now, they will be asked to specify their shipping address, phone number, select any items for combined payment, and send seller payment through any of the payment methods offered as follows:

PayPal (bank account transfer, credit card, echeck)
Credit Cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover)
Certified Checks (cashier's check, money order)

For PayPal payments, please be aware that certain forms of payment like echecks may take several days or more to clear.  We will not set up any accounts or ship any items until payment has cleared.  The best way to do this with PayPal is through direct bank transfer.  PayPal is secure, easy, and free for buyers to use.  If you need help using PayPal, you may check out the help section under PayPal's webpage at www.paypal.com or use "Live Help" on eBay to speak with one of their customer service representatives.

For Credit Card payments (outside PayPal), we will need the account number on the credit card, expiration date, and three digit security code.  You may enter this information in the notes section on this form or you may call it in over the phone at 1-800-282-1977 x.2238.

For Certified Checks, you will receive notification on where to mail this when you select this option at checkout.

Please remember, we must have a working contact phone number and shipping address (no PO Boxes) in order to process your order without any delay!
