When you Bid on or
Purchase an item you are
solely responsible and obligated to purchase that item pursuant to
eBay rules. Non-Payment of auctions that you
won, will be reported to eBay and will result in Negative
Feedback...NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is up to you to read each
description carefully BEFORE you Bid. All
descriptions are carefully noted in as much detail as possible
and it is not our problem if you mis-read the
description. If you have a Question about the item
please email us before you
place your Bid. Once you bid or
purchase an item this means you have read and agree to the
terms and conditions set forth by Atlanta Junction and
eBay Policies.

**RETURNS**
(updated 05/08/07)
You must email us
within 5 business days from the date received for approval
BEFORE you return an item. Requests for returns will NOT be
accepted after 5 days from the date received. All
packages have Tracking No's. to verify when you received your
purchase.
+++ All
items returned must be in original condition with all
tags attached and in original wrappings...(such as ring boxes,
bracelet boxes, plastic baggies etc...) Also--the tags
must not be worn or damaged from water etc... The item must be
free from any damage or wear... This is what "ORIGINAL
CONDITION" means. Items that have been worn, damaged,
and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping charges are
never refundable once the item has been shipped. On ALL
refunds (except exchanges) a 10% re-stocking fee will be
deducted from the purchase price.
The restocking fee
helps to cover a multitude of sins...ebay fees, paypal fees
etc...these are fees that we don't get back if you return an
item and do not get a replacement or exchange.
As a consumer, I understand completely how you feel
about re-stocking fees....but it is a necessary evil.
Please remember that you are buying at a discount, and the
reason retail store prices are so much higher is that they
factor in generous return policies - I do not. I simply offer
beautiful, high quality merchandise at very low prices.
+++ For a Credit/Exchange the
re-stocking fee will be waived. +++
HOLIDAY-DECEMBER RETURNS: You must email us
within 15 business days after December 25th. for approval
BEFORE you return an item. Requests for returns will NOT be
accepted after 15 days from December 25th. The
conditions and terms described above also apply.
Atlanta
Junction will NOT cover any parcels that have
not been insured. No exceptions! All claims for lost or
damaged items that are insured should be emailed to
us.
**REJECTED
RETURNS**
We reserve the right to
reject any return that does not follow the guidelines set
forth. Rejected Returns will NOT be mailed back to you...unless
you want to pay the additional shipping cost.

**ONE-TIME EXCHANGE POLICY**
We
will Exchange your original purchase one time only. We
will not do exchanges on exchanges no
matter what.
Due to some eBayers who abuse store policy we
can no longer afford to be as liberal and easy as we have been
in the past. I have tried to accommodate everyone on an
individual basis, but it seems there are always others who
spoil it for the rest of us.

**Non-Paying Bidders**
It is quite
expensive to sell on ebay, and many of the advertising fees
charged by ebay are not refundable if a winning bidder fails
to pay. This expense is very costly and the process of trying
to collect from non-paying bidders is time consuming. PLEASE
MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION
AS AGREED BEFORE YOU BID! As a result of the expense
associated with non-paying bidders, I do file with ebay
against any bidder who does not pay as agreed. Please
understand that if you win an auction and don't pay, you will
receive an upaid strike from ebay which will prevent you from
shopping on ebay until the balance is paid. I would much
rather spend my time selling jewelry than trying to collect
money, so please do not bid if you cannot or will not pay.

Special Note
about leaving feedback for fellow eBay members...
As stated in eBay's Feedback Forum
"Leaving honest comments about a particular eBay member gives
other members a good idea of what to expect from that member."
In-other-words:
FEEDBACK ratings (Positive - Neutral - Negative) should be
specifically about the eBay member and their customer service, shipping
etc... NOT just about the item purchased. In-other-words,
if the seller gave you good service and was courteous and honest BUT you did not
like the item that you purchased...then rate them a POSITIVE - and then
explain that you did not like the item or whatever complaints you had
about the product. OR...if the eBay member gave you lousy service
BUT you did like their product then rate them NEGATIVE or NEUTRAL - and
explain that the product was good but the service bad.
Remember FEEDBACK IS
ABOUT THE EBAY MEMBERS -- the ratings are suppose to reflect Customer
Service and Honesty and/or their Payment history. This is how we
define good eBay members and/or bad eBay members.
As a seller, the
eBay feedback system is very important to my success. I HATE
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and I don't want to get any and I don't want
to give any! If, for some reason, you have a problem
during your transaction, please contact me directly. I will
always strive to make you a satisfied customer. I appreciate
positive feedback, and will leave the same for all customers
who complete our transaction as agreed. |
