RETURNS

  • Part may be returned within 14 days of the date that the part was shipped from us for a refund.

  • All returned items must be brand new, never installed, and  in saleable condition, including the packaging.

  •  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • We will not accept returns on installed, or damaged parts. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all packages and parts and notify us within 24 hours of delivery if part was damaged during shipping or if part is defective*.

  •  Before you return any part you must contact us by phone or email and let us know why you are requesting the return. If the return is approved we will issue you an RGA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the return package.

  • It is the buyers responsibility to ship the part back to us in a way that the package is traceable, and it up to the buyer to insure the package for the full value of the part.

  • Once we receive the part and inspect it and  make sure it is in saleable condition we will issue a refund for the cost of the part. No refunds on Shipping & Handling. Also if an item was originally purchased with FREE SHIPPING, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

*WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PARTS

  • Parts we sell are warranted by the manufacturer, and in some cases the part may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement instead of back to us. Please contact us and we will work with you to get defective parts exchanged in the quickest way possible.
