You may preview the item for up to 14 days from the date that you receive it. HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: If you
make your purchase after November 28, 2013 we will extend the
deadline to January 3, 2014 to notify us that you would like to return it. If you decide not to keep it, you may return it for a refund. Refund will be the original price you paid for the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well. Refund will be given when item is received back in the same condition in which you received it. Please note that we recommend (but do not require) that you insure all return packages. If returned items are not received back in good condition your refund may be reduced.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged or defective, you may return it for a refund or replacement at no cost to you. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged/defective item. Please do not attempt to fix the item yourself. If you alter the condition in which you received it, a return will not be accepted.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact us for this number before returning your merchandise. If all or any part of your order is returned without an RMA Number no shipping fees will be refunded and your merchandise refund will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from it, whether the item is damaged or not.
