How We Ship: We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. Orders are shipped by either UPS Ground or UPS SurePost from our supplier's warehouse in California. If your order is shipped UPS Ground, that means UPS will transport your package and deliver it to you. If your order is shipped UPS SurePost, that means UPS will transport your package from the warehouse to your local post office. Then, your post office will deliver it to you. In either case, insurance is included and tracking number will be provided. All products are new in box and packed professionally.
Discounts: If you're interested in purchasing several items, check out our BULK LOTS section or email us for a price quote. You may be eligible for a discount.
Shipping Address: As per PayPal policy, it is mandatory that the address you would like your order delivered to appears in the "Shipping Address" section of your PayPal payment. Addresses listed in the "Note To Seller" section will not be accepted.
Undeliverable Address: If your order is returned to us by UPS or the Postal Service as undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee to have the order resent. If you choose not to have the order resent, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Time: As stated above, we ship from our supplier's warehouse in California. Orders leave the warehouse either the same day or the following business day after you make your purchase. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Please understand, we ship quickly, but we do not have any control over how how long it takes UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the orders.
Rush Shipping: Orders will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air and are fully insured. Additional fees will apply. Please email us for a price quote before making your purchase. A physical street address is required and the address must appear in the "Shipping Address" section of your PayPal payment. Addresses in the "Note To Seller" section will not be accepted. Tracking information will be provided. Some items cannot be rush shipped. This will be noted beneath the item's description.
