Bid on a one-scene walk-on role alongside top actors in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Freud Playhouse in Los Angeles on September 27! This year’s cast will be led by Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks. Other confirmed cast members include Martin Short, William Shatner, Topher Grace, Eddie Redmayne, Gillian Jacobs, Olivia Thirlby, and Cedric the Entertainer.

Every year, some of today’s finest actors donate their time to participate in a staged reading of a Shakespearean comedy. Co-chaired by Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks, the annual tradition raises awareness and funds in support of The Shakespeare Center’s programs. The event will feature a tie-dyed cast of hilarious hippies in an evening filled with peace, love, and psychedelic Shakespeare.
