Payment methods
Pay Pal We prefer payment via PAYPAL (we ship to confirmed STREET addresses only and require signatures on all shipments valued at over $250), but money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted. Wire transfers are accepted but incur a transaction fee to be paid by the customer.
Store ship-to locations
Liquis ships worldwide. Packages are generally shipped via UPS Ground service to STREET addresses only. USPS is used for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and post office boxes. Freight services will be used for very large items. Signatures are required for all shipments valued at over $250. See auction descriptions for further details.
Shipping & Handling
Buyer pays fixed shipping and handling costs for UPS Ground service. Fees may differ from what is stated in the auction for shipments via USPS. If you need an item shipped via USPS or need to know freight costs for larger items, please contact us with your zip code prior to bidding and request a shipping quote. Sales tax
8.25% if shipped within Texas. Sales tax will be added to total amount due, including shipping & handling charges.
Customer service & return policy
Buyers have five (5) days from receipt of their item to report any issues with their item. Any returns require a valid RMA number, and Auction Partner must receive the return within fifteen (15) days from the date the RMA number is issued. Please see our auction descriptions for further details.
