Shipping & Delivery

All merchandise offered is available for immediate shipment unless otherwise stated in the "Item Specifics" for the individual item.

You will receive an email from us upon payment to confirm your order and provide a scheduled shipping date.  We will also notify you by email when your order has shipped to provide details and tracking information.

In-stock merchandise typically ships within 48 hours of payment. Weekend/Holiday orders are processed beginning the next business day.

Shipping Costs are clearly stated for each item on the individual item page or a shipping calculator is provided for you to calculate the cost of shipping to your zip code via:

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days^*)
USPS Parcel Post (2-10 Days^*) or
UPS Ground Service (1-7 Days^*).

Express Delivery
Can be provided via UPS or USPS Express Mail and will be quoted upon request.

Insurance: 
We believe it is our responsibility to see to it that you recieve the goods ordered and when we insure, it is for our protection.  When insurance is required, we use a private insurer and will include the cost in the shipping amount.   We accept the risk and the responsibility of replacing all lost or damaged items and for pursuing any claims for shipments we have insured. 

Returns & Exchanges:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us via email within 14 Days and we will be glad to arrange immediate replacement or return for refund if no replacement is available.

NEW STOCK MERCHANDISE⁽¹⁾:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping).

Communication & Privacy

We make every effort to respond to all email queries within 24 hours of receipt.  We operate on Eastern Standard Time with variable office hours.  If you have received no response within 24 hours, its possible we did not receive your email.

Your personal contact information provided to us by Ebay and/or Paypal is limited⁽¹⁾ and specific to the processing of your order.  We use the information solely for the purpose of processing the order and communicating with you about the order.

We do not share your information with any other person or organization and we do not use your information for promotions of any kind.
