 Q: Do you offer U.S. Combined Shipping?
  A: We highly recommend using the new Ebay cart system. Combined shipping to the U.S. is $1.99. Shop for the items you like through our eBay store, do not check out in PayPal after each item. Once you are finished request a combined invoice. We will then send an invoice with all the items and correct shipping that you can then pay in PayPal.
 Q: My package arrived Damaged
  A: Stop, do not open the package and contact us immediately for further information.
 Q: Do you offer Discounts?
  A: Only combined shipping, please refer to our combined shipping policy for U.S. and international orders.
 Q: Do you sell Wholesale?
  A: We are retail only

 Q: International Shipping Price Increase:
  A: USPS recently increased their shipping cost; we attempted to keep our price the same and see if we could contain the cost. Unfortunately the price for international shipping was too high and we must raise the price to insure we can sell internationally.
 Q: Customs Declaration form
  A: Every international package is marked with the correct value and as Merchandise. We DO NOT mark items as "Gift" on customs declaration. Please review eBay policy on international customs decleration forms. http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/encouraging-illegal-activity.html
 Q: Free U.S. shipping on $25 order
  A: Your combined order must have 2 or more items, payed and shipped in the same order. Please use the eBay cart system to insure your shipping is correct. If you use the "Buy it Now" option, request a combined invoice that you can pay in paypal. We do not offer free shipping on items that are payed for seperately.
 Q: What is your return Policy
  A: 1. Please Contanct us through eBay messages prior to returning items. 2. We generally allow timely returns of no more then 14 days after reciept of item. 3. Return Shipping is buyers responsibility.
 Q: I recieved the wrong item or an item is missing
  A: Please check through the packaging material and in the bottom of your mailing package; if your item was not found please send us the missing item number. If you also received an incorrect item, message us the item number on the label of the incorrect item.
 Q: My items count, weight or length is incorrect?
  A: Our products title identifies how the items are sold, either by weight, count or length. In cases the amount stated in the title does not match the amount you received we may offer a refund from your original payment equal in proportion to the missing amount or request the item to be returned for a full refund.
 Q: The color of my item is too light, dark or completely wrong
  A: Photos are taken in full spectrum lighting; your color may vary depending on the type of light you are viewing it under. Computers can also render color and tone differently when viewed, if you are not happy with the item please return it. If the color is wrong ie photo shows a purple bead and you received an orange bead please contact us.
 Q: The bead color or effect is not what I think it should be named?
  A: Keep in mind color/effect naming is a personal perspective. The name may not be consistent with past purchases or with what you would consider it to be. We do try to keep the name consistent across the line for each manufacturer. Please feel free to return the item for a full refund if it is not meeting your needs.
 Q: I used some of the item can I return the rest? No
  A: We only accept full returns on items in the original packaging. We do not accept partial returns or items that are used.
 Q: I have a bead that I want to match?
  A: Generally the bead name is of little help because stores name the bead differently. The easiest way to match a bead is with the manufacturer’s number. Please try to find that prior to submitting your request. It will help greatly in finding the correct item.
 Q: I already paid for my order and need to add an item immediately?
  A: We do prefer orders paid with a single payment. In rare cases we understand items need to be added, if you noticed you forgot an item please purchase and pay for the item, then message us to send it with your first payment. Once everything ships together we can refund the extra shipping payment.
 Q: I already paid for my order and want to continue shopping?
  A: All orders are shipped within one business day; once your order is paid it will ship within that time. We do not hold paid orders past one business day.
 Q: I can only get 40 items on my order, what’s wrong?
  A: eBay’s system can only handle 40 items per order, please feel free to contact us to combine your items on multiple invoices to insure the shipping is correct. If you have already paid message us prior to shipment and we will ship your orders together, then refund any overpayments on shipping.
 Q: I have an unpaid item case open, on an item I don't want?
  A: We have set eBay to automatically open unpaid items after 23 days of nonpayment; once it is open we cannot cancel it or cancel the item. The eBay system will have to close the case as unpaid or payment received.
 Q: I have an unpaid item case open, on an item paid for?
  A: This sometimes occurs when partial refunds are given, please notify us of the payment date and item. We will resolve this on our end, eBay noticed a partial refund and moved the item to unpaid.

  A: Please contact your local post office with the tracking information immediately. They are the only ones that can provide information and many times it is awaiting pick up there. We are not able to track your package after delivery or provide information beyond this message.
 Q: Why am I forced to make Immediate Payment?
  A: If you are purchasing more than one item, please use the "Add To Cart" button, eBay may require immediate payment if using the "buy it now" option. International customers may want to visit the U.S. site www.eBay.com to use the eBay shopping cart.
