Austex Sales will be closed from Nov. 9 - 22, 2009. I will be out of the country with no access to a computer during that period. If you ordered an item recently and your payment has been received on or before Nov. 8th, your item will be shipped by Nov 9th. Payments received after Nov 8th will be TOO LATE for order processing and shipment, and I will not be able to ship your order until after my return on Nov. 22nd.
To avoid any misunderstandings, please contact me with any questions prior to Nov. 8th. Please keep in mind that I will not be able to respond to any emails once I'm gone on Nov. 9th. Where I am traveling I do not have access to internet or email so please be patient and wait for a response upon my return. In order to alleviate any concerns about warranty issues, I will automatically extend warranties during my hiatus to accommodate customer inquries and product issues. So please don’t worry about deadlines during this period. I will assist you upon my return regardless of any deadlines. All I ask is that you please hold on any feedback that is other than positive (or potential disputes) until I am able to assist you, answer your questions and resolve issues (if any) that may arise during my absence. Rest assured I will answer all email inquiries when I return to the office. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
