Have had a problem returning this jacket The fur smelled. Then it was returned and tracking shows seller received it almost a week ago. Despite sending seller numerous messages, I have yet to get my refund. Very disappointed

Full refund has been issued. We apologize for the delay. Coat was carefully inspected (And smelled) by several people upon receipt of return. The fur and the coat itself had no smell at all.
