RETURN POLICY:

  • IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE CHECK THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE AUCTION PAGE. RETURNS CAN BE MINIMIZED GREATLY BY READING AND MATCHING THE PART INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING. WE SUPPLY AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE INCLUDING FACTORY PART NUMBER FOR THE PARTS WE SELL. IF YOU STILL ORDER THE WRONG SIDE OR WRONG PART, THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY IS AVAILABLE:
  • We use a very easy automated returns process directly through the eBay website, Please find the item you ordered within your My eBay purchases section to create a very easy automated return
  • OTHER RETURNS MUST FIRST BE CALLED INTO 1-866-770-2771 FOR A Return authorization number
  • Electronic items are not returnable for any reason. Electronic items can easily have their quality compromised just by being plugged in or somehow used even for a split second. Due to the nature of electronics and our high quality control standards, we can no longer accept electronic items returned even if they have never been used. Please put yourself in the position of receiving an item that we previously sold to someone else, then took it back as a return and resold it to you. We sell these items at a tiny markup and offer extremely good deals and we cannot afford to ship a returned part to a customer with the possibility of the quality being compromised. We advertise brand new parts and many times we get electronics returned that claimed to be never used and we find it has been shorted out internally. You can feel secure buying from us knowing you will not receive someone else's return. ELECTRONIC ITEMS INCLUDE ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ELECTRICITY TO OPERATE!!!
  • All other items can be returned under the following conditions (NO EXCEPTIONS):
    • Returned to us within 30 days of customer receipt of package!!
    • Must be in original (Un-altered) factory packaging with part number!! BASICALLY ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US EXACLTY AS THEY WERE SHIPPED TO YOU.
    • Must be shipped to our FL warehouse at your expense(This is for return parts only, if we shipped you a different part then was ordered, we cover the shipping costs).
    • RGA email that we send you must accompany the return
    • All costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. Costs include eBay fees, paypal fees, credit card fees, our original cost to ship the item to you, and any other possible fees incurred when you click buy it now. Typical fees are $25.00 or 25 % of the order value. We offer free shipping as a means to attract customer and we strive to be the most competitive seller online. If you purchase something and then decide to return it, we will deduct what our actual cost was to ship the item to you as well as the fees mentioned above.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

  • Any item appearing to be damaged in shipping, must be called into us(1-866-770-2771) or the shipper (UPS-1-800-PICKUPS)within 3 business days of receiving the package. We purchase insurance on all of our packages and we double box almost everything shipped. We also follow all UPS/FedEx and USPS shipping requirements to prevent damage. If damage still occurs, it is extremely important to call it in as soon as possible. Claims called in after 3 days of receiving the package may not be covered under UPS policy.
