Warranty Information:
Air Conditioning Parts:
**All AC kits & components are warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Also all components must be installed by an ASE certified automotive technician and must be shown on the reciept to have a system flush and proper evacuation & recharge. Any AC compressor installed must have a system flush & must be documented on the repair receipt during the initial installation. The number one cause of new compressor failure is debirs from the old failed compressor. Please read here for tips to a good AC installation
Air Ride Suspension Compressors:
**All air ride suspension compressors have a minimum 12 month/12,000 mile warranty unless otherwise noted on the auction page. All compressors are warrantied only if overheating does not occur. Typicaly failure of a new air suspension compressor is caused from the compressor running longer and more often then it was designed for. In almost every case, an air leak is found and an air leak will cause the compressor to come on and stay on more often which will lead to failure. Check for any possible leaks before and after replaceing a compressor. Leaks can occur on the air bags, air lines, & compressor fittings. We do not sell remanufactured air ride comrpressors, only brand new. These compressors almost never fail and when they do it isalmost always form running due to an air leak. Your compressor may not be eligible for wattanty coverage if it is opened up and deemed overheated (running too long). These compressors require the replacement of the dryer or dessicant to remove moisture from the compressed air also during installation. Most of the compressors we sell include a new dryer(dessicant).

Warranty replacement can be done with one of 2 methods. Method 1 is done by calling us and starting a warranty claim. We will then resell you a new part and charge a deposit (full item price) for it and the shipping, then ship the replacement to you. Upon receiving/replacing the failed part with the new part, you would then mail the failed part back to us for credit. Once we receive the return part and verify it is ours, we will credit you the part cost minus any shipping costs. The 2nd method is you can mail the failed part back to us first, pay for shipping and we can ship the replacement to you. Any part appearing to be altered or used outside of normal driving conditions will have the warranty voided.
-
Commercial (heavy use) vehicles are excluded from the warranty.
Many basic auto repairs have become much more technical over the last 10-15 years. ASE certified technicians have thorough training and experience far beyond most do-it-yourselfers. While we strongly promote do-it-yourself repairs, you must decide if you are capable of completing the repair properly. Many parts fail prematurely simply because something during the installation process was overlooked. Basically, their is no substitute for a qualified ASE certified technician and many times paying them to install the part for you can prevent premature failure. We also have opened a website that we are posting video and text based instructions for our most common selling items. These instructions will show you the proper way to do a repair so it will cut down on incorrect repairs. Also we have ASE certified techs on staff that can help with most any technical question. Call Monday-Friday at 1-321-777-2771. Please reserve this line for our paying customers as we do not charge for this advice and we do pay the technicians for their time.
