Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from Autolizer. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with a Return Merchanized Authorization number (RMA #), that must be included with the returned item. D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) item must be notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping unless insurance was purchased.
Return item that have been damaged or software will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
Autolizer can't always guarantee availability of products as our stock is on-sale and therefore, limited. If you would like to exchange for a different part, please follow the instructions noted above for returns. When exchanging for a "change of mind", a 25% re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the Autolizer's RMA department. Please remember to include with the return a copy of the orginal invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
Note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied for returns, refunds and exchange item!
