Order Tracking

The day your shipment is processed we automatically send your tracking number via email to the address used in your Paypal payment or provided when you've called in with your credit card information. The email is sent from UPS (QuantumViewNotify@ups.com) so if you don't see it in your inbox be sure to check your "SPAM" or Junk Folder, as this email is commonly placed in those folders by some ISP's. The email is send around 5pm EST.

You may also use our Order Status page. You'll need your email address and zip code used for where your order was shipped. This page is updated at 6pm Monday - Friday

Tracking number may not be available for orders that are still being processed, or orders that are direct shipped from one of our manufactures that do not supply tracking information.

Delivery Time and Transit

The estimated shipping time of your order(s) is typically one day for in stock items. Orders placed over the weekend or on Holidays will be processed the following business day. With some painted parts and special order items shipment time may be delayed for up to three days.

Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-6 business days for delivery to your door. Some of our products ship from manufacturers across the US, therefore exact shipping times will vary by item. Your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.

If you would like express shipping for an item that does not have express shipping options listed please use eBay's "Request an invoice from this seller" and add a note for what service you need, or contact us at sales.ebay@automotiveconcepts.net with the eBay item number and your complete shipping address and we'll get back to you with the amount.

Change or Cancel Order

Cancel Order:
By committing to "Buy Now" or entering a bid on an item you are entering into a legal binding contract implying that you intended to purchase the item. Please make every effort possible that you are 100% confident in the purchase before buying. If no alternative can be reached please contact us via email at sales.ebay@automotiveconcepts.net with your eBay user name and item number as soon as possible. If you do not contact us and payment has not been received for your purchase within 10 days, we will submit a non-paying bidder alert to eBay, which can cause you to receive an unpaid item strike and negative feedback on your account.

Change Your Order:
For orders that have already been submitted, we will work with you to make any needed changes until your order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once an order has been sent to our warehouse it is not possible to change or cancel. Please notify us via email at sales.ebay@automotiveconcepts.net or call (800) 999-8836 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST if changes need to be made with your purchase.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Typically 99.9% of our orders will be assigned tracking information, and when that becomes available we will email you within 24 hours of your order(s) leaving our warehouse. Some of our items are direct shipped from manufactures that do not provide us with tracking information.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Finding out if your order has shipped is simple! All you have to do is check the Order Status Page. Enter your email address and zip code to see if your order has shipped! Our order status page will also show your order tracking number(s), if available.

 
How do I track my order?

You can track your order quickly and easily from our Order Status Page. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "tracking # " column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and an estimated delivery date.

A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, our system has not updated for the day, or if the direct-ship manufacturer for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

 
How long will it take my order to be delivered?

Please allow an additional 1 to 6 business days after the shipment date for delivery. Some products ship from different warehouses so shipping times may differ from state to state. The estimated time for your item to be delivered is available from the tracking information found on the Order Status Page, click your tracking number to view the carriers tracking page that shows the estimated date of delivery.
