U.S. Return Policy
We will always accept returns of unsatisfactory items. However, returns must meet all of the following requirements or they will be returned to sender.
Please contact us via email before you return the item so that we can make sure that you are eligible for a refund. Failure to do this will result in us refusing to issue a refund.
Goods must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the item. Check you order when it arrives!! Refunds will not be issued after 30 days, regardless of the reason.
Goods must be accompanied by copy of the invoice.
Goods must be in original condition!
Goods must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer. We do not accept goods that are damaged in return shipping. We will automatically reject any returns received in a regular envelope.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Special orders or personalized items are not refundable, unless a mistake was made in the personalization or the wrong item was shipped.
Autumn's Cauldron is not responsible for postage on return item.
The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made minus the shipping charges.
